Addiction!

Palazzo Pants: Gok for TU
Peace Necklace: Urban Outfitters
Top: H&M
Shoes: DP (Below: Can't actually see them)

Block Shoes: Dorothy Perkins

Ok, so being a poor student I have zero money in the bank but somehow I think I am richer than I am, alot richer. I cannot stop buying clothes, shoes, accessories (you get the picture), and I have christmas presents to buy. eek! Anyway I bought these shoes online a few weeks ago, and I had forgotten about them! It was pretty exciting when they did arrive! They're from Dorothy Perkins, where I haven't bought shoes from before but I love these!  slightly different for me which is good, and higher, so when I go out with my girlfriends in these I wont just come up to their hips! I think I'm going to get a lot of wear out of these bad boys!! In the pics I'm wearing them with my Palazzo pants I got from Gok Wan's collection at Sainsburys! Got bit of a 70's look going on with these pants and I love the colour of them, and the shoes are perfect with them which you cant really see in the pictures!

January 2012

Front Cover: Chloe pleated silk
satin dress.
Marchesa Embroidered chiffon dress
Well it isn't January 2012 yet, but I did receive my monthly subscription to vogue and wow! Florence Welch (I may have a slight girl crush)! The front woman of the amazing Florence and the Machine is on the front cover and it certainly is one to start the year! I would love to have a rake through her wardrobe!! Throughout the shoot, the talented Mario Testino captures her wearing beautiful gowns by, Marchesa, Lanvin, Alexander McQueen, Jenny Packham and a beautiful vintage dress from Vintage Modes, Grays Antique Market.  I haven't yet read through it all but I think once I finish uni for the xmas festivities, I'll curl up on the sofa and have good read! Make sure you all get your copy!!!

All For Me!

Top: Cos
Collar: Cos

This top is awesome, it is so comfy and versatile, as you can dress it up or down! The collar is really sweet and can make a simple dress look a bit more exciting! Cos is a high street store who describe themselves as,

"high end design and good quality at an affordable price,"
pretty much describes my ideal shop!

Knitted, Faux Fur Coat: Zara
This coat has been my saving grace since the winter weather has hit, and it looks very chic with my long leather gloves (if I do say so myself)! I do love wrapping up for winter!

Deena & Ozzy leo shoes: Urban Outfitters

I was in Glasgow the other week with my mum, granny and sister to get some xmas shopping done! However I had some birthday money left over from October,  which was burning a hole in my wallet as you can imagine! Therefore I bought more belated birthday prezzies for myself rather than getting much needed xmas prezzie for my nearest and dearest, ooops! So here are a couple of item I purchased!! I've been looking for a pair of flats that I can wear with trousers and with tights. Whilst having a good rake in Urban Outfitters I came across these leopard beauties, they are so comfy!

Hope you've had a lovely Monday!

Another Collaboration!

With the excitement of the H&M Versace collaboration now fading, H&M have announced yet another collaboration but this time with the luxurious Marni.  The collection is said to come out March 8th 2012 , so by the time xmas is over with, Marni will be at our finger tips before we know it! Marni's designs for H&M will include there signature tribal fabrics which I love (so very excited about that!) and there will be pieces that will be great for layering!! From the sneak peeks there appears to be a playful element to it!
Well I'm counting down the days till March 8th, lets just hope they will sell it in the Aberdeen store this time!

The Dress Agency

Sweater : Escada
Skirt : See by Chloe
Necklace : Jewels

My mum owns The Dress Agency, in Aberdeen. A dress agency is for those who are not familiar with the concept, sells pre- owned designer or high end of the high street clothing. Not only can you grab yourself a bargain, but you can take those unwanted impulse buys, and The Dress Agency will sell the garment on your behalf. So as you can imagine I am in my element, and get some gorgeous quality, different clothing that with its original price tag I would not be able to afford being a student! The skirt is See by Chloé and the sweater is Escada and surprise, surprise both are from the shop. The skirt came in and I had to have it as in summer I wore it with a silk tank and now it's getting chillier this knit is lovely and cosy! So if you happen to be in Aberdeen pop in and grab yourself a bargain!

New Purchase

Black Top : H&M
Skull Scarf : Alexander  McQueen
Faux Leather Trousers : H&M
Leopard Chelsea Boots : Dune

Hello everyone sorry it's been a long time since my last post, I've just been crazy busy!!
The other week I was down in Glasgow and spotted these amazing chelsea boots from Dune. I can fully justify this purchase (which makes a change) of £95 as it was my 21st last month and had cash burning a hole in my wallet. They are surprisingly comfy so can be worn during the day as well as hitting a dance floor or two. I've teamed them up with a few other recent purchases from H&M, the faux leather trousers are super comfy as they have a strip of stretchy material down the sides. I love these trousers because I can never find trouser/ jeans to fit me so I'm so delighted that I may buy another  back up pair just incase. And finally my lovely McQueen skull scarf was a gift for my 21st from my girlfriends, it just goes with everything, if only I could afford to buy one in every colour!

Something New

I'm new to the world of blogging, and I have to admit I have found it a bit daunting getting my first post typed up as I was feeling that I'm simply just not cool enough, ha ha. So, cool enough or not, here it is.
As I sit wrapped up in my beloved Slanket on yet another miserable, cold, rainy day in Aberdeen I think to myself what it is I want to say about a subject I think about everyday… Fashion!
Fashion is so diverse and has so many areas to be covered and discussed, that I will tend to blab in my blog about anything and everything I feel fashion is.

It's been a long time coming but there we have it, my very first post, on my very first blog! I hope you all enjoy it and you will be hearing from me very soon!
